Wellspring Consulting believes each client’s situation is unique, requiring a careful understanding of the specific strategic questions facing the organization and developing a customized solution that factors in the organization’s history, context and opportunity. Our approach is geared to create insight through analytical fact finding and collaborative problem solving.
Wellspring Consulting’s client base cuts across the non-profit sector, including service providers, intermediaries and philanthropic organizations. We have served over 100 clients since our founding, having worked with organizations large and small.

Background on you and/or your business:
Wellspring Consulting serves the leadership teams of nonprofit organizations and philanthropic institutions to improve decision-making on a variety of issues including strategic direction setting, response to new opportunities or constraints, and organizational capacity building.
We generate strategic insights from research and data analysis, and skillfully facilitating leadership team meetings to develop solutions that are practical, implementable, and unique to the needs and competencies of each client.
We work with our clients at the start of each project to identify the central strategic issues to be resolved. Our work plan is then designed to focus explicitly on these issues, making our engagement targeted and efficient. This allows us to provide high- value strategy work on issues of primary importance to our clients. Strategic solutions are designed collaboratively with our clients, so by the end of the engagement good ideas have been internalized, and plans are already being implemented. This approach results in outcomes that are valuable, relevant, and lasting.
