This session will teach employees to use their job for not only a paycheck, but as an opportunity to acquire skills, build core competencies for success and make themselves more valuable in the work place. In this session the 80/20 Pareto principle is discussed; Teaching that the top 20% of people in any company get 80% of the career advancements, earn 80% of the income and receive 80% of the recognition. Then we teach them how to always focus on working to get into and staying in the top 20 percent.

This session will teach 6 basic principles of leadership. Integrity, Vision, Personal Development/Influence, Taking Action and Drive. This session includes a workbook and action plan for personal leadership.

CREATING FINANCIAL STABILITY WORKING ON COMMISSION
This session helps commission employees create more stability and predictability in the unpredictable world of commission only.
