"Over the past six months, Peter Ames has established a strong foundation for effective governance at TransCultural Exchange (TCE).  TCE needed to establish professional board structures and processes that would allow the young organization to grow and meet increasing demand.  Peter helped assemble a complete board solicitation packet and coached TCE on reaching out to candidates.  TCE now has a brand new board with six members and is ready to expand further....This was a great experience and opportunity.  The help and advice Peter gave was invaluable." ~ Mary Sherman, Executive Director, TCE
