Founded in 1991 under the leadership of Steve and Carol Orr, OAI began as an event management firm and worked with some of the most influential nonprofits in the country within its first few years. OAI's expertise has grown to include a full range of services that meet the needs of our diverse client base. OAI has experience working with nonprofit organizations in a variety of areas and can provide instant infrastructure for an organization's development and management activities. Over the last 20 years, OAI has grown into a 35-person professional staff with offices both in Washington, DC and New York City.
