Make-Life-Rewarding is a Life Coaching Service for Consumers in the Bipolar Community. If you or someone you know is Bipolar and strives to live productively, working with a life coach is beneficial by helping to close the gap from where one is today to where someone chooses to be.

My coaching assists people who are affected by Bipolar illness by honoring their personal goals, matching their values to life styles, and listening to their individual struggles in return helping to discover and create a life plan that meets my clients needs.

Background on you and/or your business:

Working in sales for 20+ years created an abundance of opportunities making it possible for me to associate with people through out diversified industries. As my career continued to unfold I soon realized my passion was helping others with Bipolar break away from the stigma and create the life they desired. Today I spend my days exploring how to motivate and inspire others to take their own personal journey into discovering life's endless opportunities.

I obtained my certification from one of the most highly acclaimed coach training schools, The Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC). I have completed over 400 coach training hours, passed rigorous written and orals exams, and continue to further my coaching education while staying active in the Bipolar community. I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the International Coach Federation-New England (ICFNE). I also have actively participated in NaMi, DBSA, Big Brother/Big Sister and Relay for Life as the Entertainment Chair.

My goals are simple: continue to work closely with people living with Bipolar; help them break free of limiting beliefs and create a world with more balance and fewer stigmas.
