Background on you and/or your business:

Kenny Weill brings more than a dozen years experience in the non-profitsector to his consulting work. Since launching K. Weill Consulting in2002, Kenny's grant development work has helped his diverse clients raise roughly$8 million. He has delivered additional services, described above, to help build his clients' capacity.

In 2008, Kenny founded NPO Connect, an online platform designed to enableindividuals working or volunteering in the non-profit sector to connect, tomentor and/or be mentored by their peers, and to build their skills. Theultimate goal is this skill-sharing will not only benefit the non-profitprofessionals but also will serve to strengthen their agency and the non-profitsector as a whole.

Kenny has held management, research and direct care positions incommunity-based, academic, health care and government settings. Beforededicating his time fully to consulting, Kenny worked at The Greater BostonFood Bank as Manager of their Member Services Department. Previously, he wasDirector of Member Services at Network Health, a Medicaid health plan owned by theCambridge Health Alliance.

Kenny received a Masters of Science degree in Health Policy and Managementfrom Harvard University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts degreefrom Wesleyan University. Kenny is a member of theAssociation of Fundraising Professionals, Nonprofit Consultants Network,Massachusetts Nonprofit Network, Nonprofit Technology Network and MassachusettsPublic Health Association, and enjoys working collaboratively with otherconsultants. He resides in Brookline, Massachusetts with his wife,Joanna, and their daughter and son.

Senior Associate Jessie Williams Reynoso holds over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, specializing in youth development,community health, and behavioral health care. Jessie earned a Masters of PublicHealth from Boston University and a Bachelors of Arts from Harvard University. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
