Looking for an expert meeting facilitator for your non-profit board retreat, advances or meeting? One of our Master facilitators will work with you to develop your agenda and lead the meeting so that it is productive, engaging and collaborative. Whether your meeting is small (5 – 10 people) or large (100 or more) we have the expertise to make your meeting a great success.

Many of the retreats we lead include developing a clear mission, establishing values, producing a common and compelling vision, aligning the team/board, developing goals and setting priorities. Other meetings include problem solving, team building and idea generation.

We also provide training workshops in many areas including customer service and leading effective meetings. These workshops are highly interactive and effective. We will tailor the training to your organizations needs and personality. It can be for 2 hours to 2 days; for large or small groups. We will build great customer service and competent meeting leaders in your organization.

For over 12 years Honig IdeaGuides, a California firm, has been facilitating retreats and other meetings for non-profits. We also have loads of experience providing training for non-profit world.

Bruce Honig, Principal of Honig IdeaGuides and author of Creative Collaboration, comes to you with over 27 years of experience in facilitating groups in a large variety of collaborative processes and team building experiences. He is a specialist in team collaboration, innovation and organizational development.

Alice Cochran, author of Roberta Rules of Order, has been facilitating with non-profits for over 15 years. Her focus is in working with teams and facilitating groups to achieve higher levels of planning and performance.
