Greater Good Consulting provides an array of organizational development services to nonprofits, primarily in the following areas: strategic planning, meeting facilitation, board development, fundraising diversification and strategy, and diversity understanding.
Background on you and/or your business:
My business partner, Jodi DeLibertis, and I have over 20 years of nonprofit experience. I am the founder of a direct service organization in Washington, DC called Women Empowered Against Violence, Inc. (WEAVE). During the ten years that I ran WEAVE, it grew from a start-up to a premier domestic violence service provider, from a staff of 2 to 24, from an annual budget of $130k to $2.5 million.
I have walked in the shoes of a nonprofit executive. I know the struggles, and I have lived the experience of hiring consultants. I know the value of having that outside expertise when done well and respectfully. My personal experiences and those of my business partner, combined with the learning we bring to the areas in which we consult make us ideal partners for nonprofit organizations.
