Consulting Packages “Bringing Your Nonprofit Idea to Life” is like running a race… On Your Mark! If you feel like you’re up against a brick wall, this is the perfect time to seek professional help. We’ll engage in a face-to-face conversation to discuss your successes, obstacles, past and present activities, and future ideals. We’ll share with you recommendations based on insight we’ve gained over nearly two decades of working with dozens of nonprofits. By the end of the session you will have a good sense of what it will take to reach your goal. Get Set! Now that you have an idea of what lies ahead, you can now put your intention in motion. We’ll help you outline your goals and the objectives, strategies/channels, and targets to help you reach your goals. You’ll identify your potential clients, how to connect with them, and the services and/or products you will sell to them. Once your plan is complete, you’ll begin implementing your strategy. Go! Beginning the race is easy. Staying in the race requires developing a budget, outlining your fundraising strategy, training your board, and identifying funding sources. This series of tasks will serve as the foundation upon which you will launch and grow your business. Keep the Pace! Keeping the pace requires you to push yourself when you may feel like giving up. This is the time to begin assessing your grant readiness and identifying possible funding sources. Winning the Race! You know you’re close to winning the race when you’re ready to start competing for grants. We’ll teach you how to evaluate whether or not you qualify; we’ll develop your grant proposal template; and we’ll turn your funding prospect list into a full blown grants development plan. Going the Distance The 10K Run: $10K in 10 Months! Races are won by individuals. Competitions are won by teams.
