Description of services:
Our 20 online and live chapters enable volunteers to assist their favorite, local nonprofit with their grant research and writing. We are seeking individuals to assist us in establishing some 200 chapters and graduate 12,000 volunteers throughout the U.S. Our chapters offer the opportunity to help local communities as well as provide part time, at-home income. Background on you and/or your business:
I am the founder and president of the board of The Lifespan Foundation dba Grants To You. Since its founding in 2001, Grants To You has graduated over 600 volunteers, 45% of whom have been senior citizens and 15% students. These graduates have assisted their designated nonprofit to win over $1 million in grants. Now with our online class having been launched, we are able to serve thousands of volunteers who do not reside near a live chapter or are unable to fit our live classes within their schedule.

Elizabeth Ruffner age 90 took our class a couple of years ago and assisted The local Elks Opera House with its grant writing and won $36,000 to help refurbish the 200 year old communtiy treasure. Elizabeth is the matriarch of the city of Prescott, AZ and has been involved in assisting nonprofit causes for many years.
Jason Sanchez took our grants class at age 16 and helped to write a number of grants that resulted in over $16,000 for local youth causes. Jason was recognized as the outstanding youth in Prescott, AZ . He then went on to Arizona State University and also sits on the board of a State Farm youth board helping to determine which nonprofits will be awarded grants.
