“During the 2004/2005 time period, Ms. Selesnick worked as a consultant for the Regional Employment Board of Hampden County, under my direction, in my former capacity as Director of Career Center Services. The work she was tasked to accomplish required strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, an understanding of adult workers and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people. Also, it involved a large amount of group facilitation and individual interviewing, plus a strong knowledge of the labor market, diversity in the workplace, and challenges for adult learners in the field of career services.

I can report that we were very pleased with the products delivered by Ms. Selesnick for our agency. The reports were well thought out, excellently written, and professionally prepared and presented. The information she provided was very helpful in making key decisions concerning workforce development issues that we were working on at the time. Ms. Selesnick exhibited excellent written and oral communication skills, worked well with others, and all in all I was very pleased with her performance.  ~Florian R. Neveu, Ed.D.
