Description of services:

Our expertise delivers solutions to our clients predominantly in three areas:

Program Planning & Evaluation
Policy Research & Analysis
Strategic Project Management

We love data and we bring a host of diverse analytical tools to bear on your organization’s projects! We have experience in both qualitative and quantitative methods such as focus group facilitation, survey development and data analysis, process and impact evaluation, community assessments and coalition building. These tools, when used in a timely and targeted way, can help you demonstrate your continued accountability to your Board, your funders and to the broader community you serve.

Work-plans and logic models are only as good as your ability to implement them. We closely examine your organization's capacity, resources and timelines in order to co-create with you achievable work plans and logic models. Ersoylu Consulting helps clients develop, document, manage and evaluate innovative strategies and initiatives to support positive social change. We help staff and Board members understand the role of data and its impact on funding opportunities.

Due to limited resources and funds, it is critical that all organizations develop well-conceived and efficiently implemented social projects. A clear grasp of a policy issue, a new strategic angle or provocative research findings can get issues noticed in an increasingly competitive and dynamic policy environment. We conduct careful and timely research to facilitate evidence-based policymaking. We offer strategic advocacy coaching and workshops to organizations.

In order to maintain relevance in a fast-paced, competitive environment, it is important for the forward-thinking agency to evaluate and adjust its short and long-term strategic plans in a timely fashion. Ersoylu Consulting understands these pressures and provides insightful and expert guidance for the strategic plan development process.  Dr. Leah M. Ersoylu, as a former community advocate, understands the particular needs and demands of community participation. She is able to help public institutions best respond to these needs in a sophisticated and timely manner, ensuring maximum stakeholder participation in the process.
