If so, then my coaching services are exactly what you're looking for! I provide executive and life coaching services (individual and group). Although my niche is to partner with nonprofit executive directors and managers to maximize their resources in a competitive environment, I enjoy working with all nonprofit professionals interested in creating positive changes in their lives. I provide one free session so you can assess the value and benefits of having a personal coach. All sessions are conducted by phone. Sharon L. Mikrut, MSW, is CEO of Create It! Coaching. She is an Executive & Life Coach and is passionate about helping people to create the life they desire and deserve! She is a Coach Training Alliance Certified Coach. Coach Sharon obtained two BA degrees in Social Work and Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master's degree in Social Work Administration from the University of Michigan. She was a former Executive Director of two nonprofit organizations and understands the multiple challenges that nonprofit EDs face on a daily basis in managing their organization.
