Conscious Living Resources is a collective group based on the concepts of personal responsibility and accountability and the inner journey of self- awareness. We believe we live more loving, meaningful, fulfilled, content, peaceful, and successful lives when we are consciously making choices from a spiritual heart centered place in connection with our work, play and relationships.

Sharon Alworth has over 30 years of teaching in several disciplines plus over 10 years of counseling/coaching. She has studied and practiced Universal Principals and Laws as a life long interest.

With a B.S. in Business and former corporate work background she is able to offer a unique approach to helping people make changes in their lives.

Using constructive vs. destructive communication skills, Sharon also believes you can transform all your relationships, personal and professional. She draws from her training in models of life strategies such as: Gestalt Therapy methods from the Allied Training program at Hartford Family Institute, Byron Katie's the Work, Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks Conscious Relationship work, Harville Hendrix, NLP, Non-violent Communication and other energy healing and spiritual modalities.
