Background on you and/or your business:
Caerus Development was founded by Wendy Wolski, a veteran of nonprofit work and a Leadership Development Specialist. With over 25 years experience in cultivating and maximizing the potential of individuals and groups through the YMCA and several other community organizations, she excels in creating growth opportunities at the individual, team and organizational level. She brings rich experience in training, facilitation, strategic planning, and leadership development at all levels from Teen Groups to Executives to Program and Policy Volunteers.
