Background on you and/or your business:

Gladis is a citizen of the world, having lived in many countries and experienced many cultures. She has lived and worked in the United States for the past thirty-four years. Her experiences have added depth to her understanding of the possibilities and the challenges associated with issues related to Diversity Management. She has served as Director of Civil Rights for the Wisconsin State Department of Health and Family Services and the State Department of Industry Labor and Human Relations (now DWD).

Gladis is also multi-lingual. She communicates profound insights regarding multiculturalism in a comfortable, practical and understandable manner. She is recognized as an expert in Diversity Management, Civil Rights and Affirmative Action with over twenty-five years of experience in these areas. As a consultant, she has a wide breadth of experience in providing advice and counsel to corporations across the country, as well as government and public sector agencies. She is often asked to be a key- note or presenter at national conferences both in the private and public sectors.
